My wife and I have planned on having the perfect “get out of Melbourne” holiday home for years – now we have it! A timeless design, perched on a cliff overlooking the bay. The main entry introduces guests to our backyard – Port Phillip Bay! Open planned, light filled living spaces capture sea views, as do the main bedrooms, the terraces and the pool area. It’s the perfect holiday home with space for all of us, our extended family and friends.”

My architect seamlessly slotted a modern two storey townhouse into a period landscape without the need to go to VCAT to get our approvals. We have a light filled fabulous fun home – 2 storey, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and rear balconies, open planned living, chalk board walls, garden spaces, car access, feature pond, etc. All on a site less than 100sq. m – still amazed how they did it.

They managed our quirky builder throughout our period “resurrection”, all through to completion, saving us thousands of dollars in the process. I doubt we could have completed the work so successfully without them.

Behind our grand 1890’s Victorian Home, we now have a strikingly modern piece of architecture that sits in complete comfort with our old home. Two new levels plus a rooftop attic have given us the space we need, plus views to the city and beyond. In addition, the architect’s design gave us a cricket pitch – something all aussie households should have. We were in tears – tears of joy the day we moved in. We didn’t think it could be this good. Many thanks to our architects and builders.
